Nathan (Founder) wanted to start with a strong sense of brand vision to guide future decisions, and compelling storytelling to bring in investors and talent into key positions.
Working closely with Expertsy’s founder who is also a researcher, meant I had access to incredible insight and customer data.
I led workshops for building narrative, strategy and positioning, defining brand attributes, visual identity, messaging, and UI design concepts.
We needed to tell a story of bringing two very different audiences together (businesses and experts), in a way that Expertsy serves as a bridge between them.
We decided to put at the center of the experience, the most important aspect of the business: The Experts.
Expertsy exists to help experts become recruiters, to connect them with businesses all over the world, and help them get recognized in their own industries.
